Christine Larson sends greetings from Michigan and reports on the Junior Girl Scout Troop 72 of Eaton Rapids. The troop is made up of 8 girls, ages 10 and 11, most of who had never sewn before. With the help of troop Leader Renee Briggs and Chris Larson, the girls completed 3 quilts for their local Project Linus chapter. The project allowed the girls to feel like they could make a difference in the world. It felt really good to them, knowing that even at their ages, they can make a contribution. Junior Girl Scout Troop 72 of Eaton Rapids, MI display quilts they made and donated to Project Linus. Project Linus sends special thanks to the girls and their leaders. Keep up the good work!
